The Sansthaan was founded in 2007 in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, around a simple promise — that no woman in our neighbourhood should be denied the chance to learn a skill, earn an income or raise a daughter with dignity.
What began as a single silai-kadhai class in State Bank Colony grew into a registered public charitable trust under Reg. No. 594 with the Ministry of Labour & Employment, Govt of India. We now run four flagship programmes alongside continuous awareness camps, scholarship drives and health shivirs.
Today, the Sansthaan is led by founder-President Yogesh Kumar Agarwal, secretary Smt. Hemlata and treasurer Smt. Manjul Saxena — supported by volunteers across the Pilibhit Bypass, Shakti Nagar and Dora Marg neighbourhoods.
