By accessing omsrisaibabamahilasikshan.com (“the Website”) and/or making a donation to Om Shri Sai Baba Mahila Shikshan Prashikshan Sansthaan (Reg. No. 594, “the Sansthaan”), you agree to the terms set out below. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use the Website or make a donation.

1. About Us

The Sansthaan is a public charitable trust registered in 2007 under the Ministry of Labour & Employment, Govt. of India (Reg. No. 594), with PAN AAAAO1903H, NGO Darpan ID UP/2020/0271560, and 12A & 80G certifications under the Income Tax Act, 1961. Registered office: 5 State Bank Colony, Shakti Nagar, Dora Marg, Pilibhit Bypass, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh 243006.

2. Use of the Website

• The Website and its content (text, images, logos, design) are owned by the Sansthaan or used with permission. You may view and share content for non-commercial, informational purposes with attribution.
• You agree not to attempt to disrupt the Website (hacking, scraping, denial-of-service, automated form submissions, abuse of rate-limited APIs).
• You agree not to upload or submit unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing or harmful content via any form on the Website.

3. Donations

• All donations are voluntary and made in support of the Sansthaan’s charitable objectives.
• Donors must provide accurate name, address, email, phone and PAN (where required for 80G receipts above ₹2,000 in cash, or any non-cash donation above ₹10,000).
• Donations are processed securely via UPI, bank transfer, QR or Razorpay. The Sansthaan does not store card or banking credentials.
• An 80G receipt (format MF/YYYY/NNNN) is issued within 7 working days of receipt verification.
• You confirm the funds donated are from a lawful source, owned by you, and not the proceeds of any criminal or prohibited activity.
• The Sansthaan reserves the right to refuse or refund any donation at its sole discretion (e.g. anonymous foreign donations without FCRA approval, suspicious transactions).

4. Tax Exemption (Section 80G)

Donations to the Sansthaan are eligible for tax deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. The deduction limit (50% / 100%, with or without qualifying limit) depends on the category of approval and current tax regulations — consult your tax advisor. Receipts will quote the 80G registration number for your records.

5. Volunteer & CSR Submissions

Volunteer signups and CSR partnership enquiries are indications of interest and do not constitute a contract. The Sansthaan reserves the right to accept or decline any volunteer or partnership at its sole discretion. Selected volunteers may be required to complete an induction and abide by a code of conduct.

6. Content Accuracy

We make every effort to keep information on the Website accurate and current. However, programme statistics, campaign goals and event dates may change. We do not warrant that the Website is error-free, uninterrupted or virus-free.

7. Third-Party Links

The Website may link to external websites (Razorpay, social media, government portals). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or policies of those external sites.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Sansthaan, its trustees, volunteers and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Website, donation processing delays, or third-party gateway failures, beyond the amount of the specific donation in question.

9. Intellectual Property

The Sansthaan name, logo, programme names (Mahila Swarojgar Prashikshan, Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, Garib Kanya Vivah Sahayog, Swasthya Shivir) and original content are protected by copyright and trade-mark law. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh.

11. Changes

The Sansthaan may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after a revision constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
