Four flagship initiatives that define everything Om Sai Sansthaan stands for.
Every focus area of the Sansthaan flows through one of these four flagship initiatives — empowering women through skills, saving and educating daughters, supporting families at marriage, and bringing free healthcare to those who cannot afford it.
Skills That Earn
Our flagship vocational training programme runs in Bareilly and surrounding villages — free silai (sewing), kadhai (embroidery) and computer-literacy centres for women from poor and lower-income households. Each cohort lasts 3-6 months. Trainees graduate with a certificate, an industrial-grade sewing machine on subsidised loan, and connections to local self-help groups (SHGs) to start earning within weeks.
Every Daughter, Every Dream
A registered programme under the Govt of India PM scheme. We work directly with parents, schools and Anganwadi workers across the Pilibhit Bypass and Shakti Nagar belt — running monthly awareness sessions on the dangers of female-foeticide, helping girls who dropped out re-enrol in school, and giving scholarship aid (books, uniform, fees) to daughters from families below the poverty line.
Stand Beside a Family
For families living on daily wages, marrying off a daughter can mean years of debt. Our Kanya Vivah Sahayog programme provides modest wedding aid — a basic trousseau, household essentials (utensils, bedding, basic appliances), small ceremonial jewellery and direct cash assistance — to families recommended by community elders and verified by our trustees. Every rupee is tracked. Dignity is non-negotiable.
Free Health Camps for All
Every quarter we partner with district doctors, government hospitals and the Indian Red Cross to run free Swasthya Shivirs — general check-ups, polio immunisation, cancer-awareness screening, blood-donation camps and dedicated senior-citizen care. Camps move between Bareilly slums, surrounding villages and the State Bank Colony area, prioritising people who cannot afford private care.
Every contribution — big or small — keeps these initiatives alive.
