Women Empowerment

Our women-empowerment vertical is the soul of the Sansthaan. We run free silai-kadhai centres, computer-literacy classes and SHG-formation support — so women can step out of dependency and into earning. Alongside, we mobilise village-level Beti Bachao Beti Padhao awareness sessions, parent engagement and adolescent-girl programmes.

Every cohort of trainees graduates with a govt-recognised certificate, an industrial sewing machine on subsidised loan, and an introduction to a local self-help group to start earning within weeks.
